AIKA olarak, Aika Randevu mobil uygulamasını kullanan müşterilerimizin gizliliğine saygı duyuyor ve kişisel verilerinizi korumayı taahhüt ediyoruz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamayı kullanırken hangi bilgilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve nasıl korunduğunu açıklamaktadır.

1. Toplanan Bilgiler

Aika Randevu uygulaması aşağıdaki bilgileri toplayabilir:

Hesap Bilgileri: Ad, soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası
Randevu Verileri: Randevu tarihi, saati, tercih edilen hizmetler, terapist tercihleri
Cihaz Bilgileri: Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü
Bildirim Verileri: Push notification token bilgileri
Kullanım Verileri: Uygulama kullanım istatistikleri, hata raporları

2. Bilgilerin Kullanımı

Toplanan bilgiler şu amaçlarla kullanılır:

Randevu oluşturma, yönetme ve hatırlatma hizmetlerini sağlamak
Kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek
Push bildirimleri göndermek (randevu hatırlatmaları, güncellemeler)
Teknik destek ve müşteri hizmetleri sunmak
Güvenlik ve dolandırıcılık önleme
Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek

3. Veri Paylaşımı

Kişisel verileriniz aşağıdaki durumlar dışında üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz:

Yasal zorunluluklar ve mahkeme kararları
İşletmenin meşru menfaatlerini korumak
Açık rızanızın bulunduğu durumlar
Firebase Cloud Messaging (bildirim hizmetleri için Google)

4. Veri Güvenliği

Verilerinizin güvenliğini sağlamak için:

SSL/TLS şifreleme teknolojileri kullanıyoruz
Güvenli sunucularda veri saklama
Düzenli güvenlik güncellemeleri
Yetkisiz erişime karşı koruma önlemleri
Hassas bilgiler cihazda şifreli olarak saklanır

5. Bildirimler

Uygulamamız, randevu hatırlatmaları ve önemli güncellemeler için push bildirimleri kullanır. Bildirimleri cihazınızın ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.

6. Kullanıcı Hakları

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
Kişisel verilerinize erişim talep etme
Kişisel verilerinizin düzeltilmesini isteme
Kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini talep etme
Kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme

7. Veri Saklama

Kişisel verileriniz, hizmet süresince ve yasal yükümlülüklerimiz kapsamında gerekli olan süre boyunca saklanır. Hesabınız kapatıldığında verileriniz makul bir süre içinde silinir.

8. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulamamız 18 yaş altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir. 18 yaşından küçük kullanıcılardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamıyoruz.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler yapıldığında uygulama içinde bildirim yapılacaktır.

Our application is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18.
